Returns & Refund Policy

All products remain the property of Windward Publications Pty Ltd until paid for in full. Products leave Windward Publications Pty Ltd in pristine condition suitably packaged. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, Windward Publications Pty Ltd will replace the damaged product with a new one provided notification of such damage is received within seven days of the customer’s receipt of the damaged goods. We may request the damaged goods to be returned as a condition of replacement. All sales are final and refunds are not issued.
